As our priority customer, you will also receive an additional benefit with discounts on repairs and replacements.

- Electric Tank: Check thermostats, elements, and signs of leakage.
- Gas Tank: Check the gas valve, burner assembly, and vent. Check for signs of leakage.
- Tankless: Check for proper operations and leaks.

Three Service Calls Per Year

Water heater inspection and flush.*
- Tank:
- Flush and drain the Water Heater.
- Electric Tank: Check thermostats, elements, and signs of leakage.
- Gas Tank: Check the gas valve, burner assembly, and vent. Check for signs of leakage.
- Tankless:
- Fush with solution to clean coils and heat exchanger.
- Check for proper operations and leaks.
*Flush is only one time per year.
- Check under the crawl space for signs of leaks or damage.
- Inspect the hoses.

Services Include
One Service Call Per Year

Water heater inspection and flush.
- Tank: Flush and drain the Water Heater.
- Electric Tank: Check thermostats, elements, and signs of leakage.
- Gas Tank: Check the gas valve, burner assembly, and vent. Check for signs of leakage.

- Flush with solution to clean coils and heat exchanger.
- Check for proper operations and leaks.

Services Include
One Service Call Per Year*

- From the main structure out to the city connection.
- Locate and access the cleanout.
- There must be a cleanout for the service to be performed.
- Hydro Jet the main sewer line from the existing cleanout and out to the city sewer line at the street.

- A discount on any repairs or replacements needed that were found during maintenance.
*If no cleanout is available, One Stop Plumbing can not perform the service; however, we can be contracted separately to install one.
